India Pacific Ale

As the sun sets on our nondescript tropical paradise, gentle tones of the uke are overcoming by heavy metal riffs. Pacific Ale just got serious. In essence, the same beer. Just a little fresher, a lot fruiter, and a heap more floral. We’ve taken the same base malts and hop profile but dialed everything up a few notches for a more intense haze, huge fruit aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and pear to balance out a distinct but smooth bitterness.
